A collection of portraits by photographer David Partner featuring some of Theatre Royal Plymouth’s team members and their stories and personal connections to TRP’s work.
David Partner is a photographer in the mould and spirit of Pictorialist photographers, his series ‘Heads of Government’ was exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery. Soon after he completed the first major photographic commission for The House of Commons ‘Working for Parliament’ revealing portraits of the ‘Servants of the House’. Partner has exhibited his portraits worldwide, including projects in the US, Africa, China and the Middle East and has worked extensively as a commercial photographer.
Now based in Plymouth, Theatre Royal Plymouth in partnership with Fotonow commissioned David for this pilot project. Please join us for an exclusive first-look to toast the exhibition and to hear from David about his work and process.
