What’s the difference between a TRP Digital Access Pass and an Access Card?

You can apply for a Digital Access Pass through Nimbus Disability absolutely free, once your application is complete, the pass will last for three years and will allow you to book Access seats at TRP.

Nimbus Disability also provide an Access Card, similar to the TRP Access Pass, but is available to use at multiple venues across the UK. The Access Card is £15 and valid for three years. You can sign up for the Access Card at any time during your application for a TRP Digital Access Pass.

Am I eligible for an Access Pass?

You will need to apply for your TRP Digital Access Pass via Nimbus Disability who will determine what level of access you are eligible for. Once your application has been processed, the Access Pass translates your disability or impairment into easy-to-understand symbols. Do I have to register with Nimbus to book accessible tickets?

Yes, but don’t worry as it’s a very easy process and we can guide you through every step.

All TRP patrons who qualify for accessible provisions at the time of booking must register their requirements through The Access Card scheme. This ensures you can access the best, most suitable tickets. You can apply for a TRP Digital Access Pass which is completely free, or you can apply for a full Access Card to use at multiple venues for £15

Does it cost to register?

You can get a free Digital Access Pass to use just at TRP. It’s easy to link to your account and stays active for three years,

However, there is an option to upgrade to a full Access Card application which costs £15 and is recognised at a range of venues across the UK and beyond. To find out about the full membership, take a look at the Nimbus Access Card website HERE

I’ve already registered with Nimbus. Do I need to do it again?

No, you simply need to submit your unique Nimbus registration number into your TRP account. You can set this up HERE

I can’t find my Nimbus registration number.

If you have any difficulties locating your registration number, check your confirmation email from Nimbus (the email address should be the same as your TRP account).

Can I still book by phone and in-person?

Absolutely! This new system simply offers an additional method of booking. If you do call our Box Office, please have your access registration number ready so our team can access the most suitable seats available.
