Audio Described Performances

Some performances include audio-described performances, which provide a visual commentary to aid the understanding of the performance for visually impaired guests.

BSL Interpreted

We offer support for visitors who use British Sign Language (BSL) by providing an interpreter for certain performances. The interpreter will translate both spoken and heard elements of the performance, allowing BSL users to fully engage with and enjoy the show.

Captioned Performances

We also offer captioned performances on selected shows throughout our programme. Captions are displayed on screens on either side of the stage.

Relaxed Performances

During the Relaxed Performances, the house lights stay on, doors are open, and visitors can come and go as they please. The theatre also adjusts lighting and sound levels to create a more comfortable environment and provides additional wheelchair spaces.

Touch Tours

Touch Tour provides an engaging sensory experience that allows guests to explore and touch the props, costumes, and sets up close before the show. These tours are typically 30 minutes in duration and are available by ticket reservation for specific performances.

For those who require assistance to attend a performance, we offer an additional seat free of charge for an enabler upon the purchase of a ticket.
