In collaboration with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, participants will explore the unique aspects of New Adventures’ work, style and training, focusing on technique, storytelling and creativity in workshops themed around physicality, expression, gesture and character relationships through games and activities.
We take pride in nurturing new and emerging dancers so you don’t need to have any dance background to join this course, just a love of movement and a willingness to try something new.
This term the 8-12s Dance will be using these skills to create a performance that will be shared as part of the end of year celebration on The Drum stage.

Weekly on Thursdays, 5pm – 6.15pm

Half term break is w/c 25 May
This session takes place at our rehearsal room in TR2 (12 Neptune Park, Plymouth PL4 0SJ).
Please come dressed in clothing you can comfortably move around in and bring water with you.
