Join us to celebrate our local artistic community and the brilliant work made as part of the FAME x Artist Development Programme this summer.
This event will include an opportunity to view the REMEMBER MY NAME headshot gallery, featuring photography by Steve Tanner, capturing 17 local artists. This will also be the first screening of I Sing The Body Electric, our newly commissioned monologue inspired by FAME, dramaturgy by Carl Grose and directed, captured and edited by OffPiste.
Grab a drink on us! There will be an opportunity to share your current projects and together we will celebrate the brilliant individuals who make up our local artistic community.
This is part of a wider slate of opportunities for local artists to celebrate the return of FAME The Musical to The Lyric at Theatre Royal Plymouth. Artists who attend will receive a discounted rate ticket to see FAME during its run.
TRP’s Artist Development Programme is proud to offer free opportunities for artists to connect with each other. This includes access to rehearsal space, workshops, and opportunities to engage with the art across our stages.
You can view more opportunities linked with FAME below.
