Andy’s Man Club, a men’s suicide prevention charity, offers peer-to-peer support groups for any man aged 18+ at 7pm every Monday (except Bank Holidays) and will facilitate an interactive presentation ahead of the evening performance of PUNCH.
The presentation will include:
• The “why” behind Andy’s Man Club.
• Some statistics around men’s mental health and suicide in the UK.
• The stigmas surrounding men’s mental health.
• Insight into the journey the charity has been on over the last 10 years.
• Personal stories regarding journeys with Mental Health.
• The importance of talking.
This event is held in conjunction with the production of PUNCH, playing in The Lyric Tue 14 – Sat 18 Apr.
