We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming theatre that is accessible to all.
Our Partnership with Nimbus Disability
In line with our mission to break down barriers for individuals and communities to access the theatre and make their journey as smooth as possible, we have partnered with Nimbus Disability to launch a Digital Access Pass scheme. This new scheme will allow certain patrons with access requirements to book online for the first time, giving them more control to choose the most suitable seats and performances for them.
Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
Registration for a TRP Digital Access pass is free and simple and once complete, will be valid for three years. Enrolling with Nimbus will enable users to view the best accessible ticketing options available to them based on individual needs, as well as booking wheelchair spaces and essential companion tickets online.
This system is currently in our testing phase, unless you have been contacted specifically from our team, please continue to contact our Box Office team to book your Access seats.
You can reach the Box Office team on 01752 267222 from 10am – 5pm Mon – Sat.
