We are looking for Creative Leaders
We are launching five new creative roles in our leadership team which are now open for application. The new roles will join our Chief Executive and Executive Producer, James Mackenzie-Blackman, and recently appointed Executive Director of Producing and Programming, Liz King, to deliver the producing and programming strategy for all of our creative and artistic activities, on-stage and off.
These new roles come after we announced a major reorganisation of our creative and producing team, to be led by a group of artists, instead of one Artistic Director. This new direction of creative leadership was influenced by industry colleagues who led an independent review of our creative leadership.

Artist for Change Roles
The Artists for Change programme is supported by the Jerwood Developing Artists Fund and will employ two early-career artists to challenge our conventional thinking around inclusivity and the climate emergency. These two new positions will develop creative solutions for the theatre and for audiences that make effective change possible for us and our communities.
